We ship fast because we know what it's like to need your gear now. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Within Canada 🇨🇦
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited shipping: 1–3 business days (additional cost at checkout)
- Free standard shipping on orders over $75 CAD
Shipping Carriers
We ship with Canada Post, Purolator, and UPS depending on your location and the size of your order. The carrier will be selected at time of fulfillment to ensure the fastest delivery to your area.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to track your package directly on the carrier's website. If you haven't received tracking info within 3 business days of ordering, contact us at info@agoratime.ca.
Remote & Rural Locations
We ship to all provinces and territories in Canada including remote and rural areas. Delivery times may be longer for northern and remote communities. Additional shipping charges may apply.
