Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind everything we sell. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — no runaround, no hassle.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund or exchange. Items must be:

Unused and in original condition
In original packaging with all tags attached
Not damaged, soiled, or altered

🛡️ PPE that has been used on a job site cannot be returned for safety reasons — this protects you and other customers.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@agoratime.ca with:

Your order number
The item(s) you want to return
The reason for the return

We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? We'll exchange it. Email us at info@agoratime.ca and we'll sort it out quickly.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no charge and cover all return shipping costs. No questions asked.
